As students we are growing up, and so is the digital world. Most of us don't have any idea of a universe without instant gratification. We were born with most of the digital necessities that ancient communication lacked, and our children will be the next generation of digital natives. Technology is growing so rapidly that in a few years there will be no need to even write on paper. It is so much easier to just surf the web for all our information. With this technological advance comes a sense of responsibility.
Digital communication plays a very important roll in nearly everyone of our life's. As a online student even more so. In the up coming future our college careers will nearly revolve around the digital world. I believe as a student we are very much dependent on the Internet for almost all our information. I can not remember the last time I picked up a book to research any topic for school, because it is far to time consuming for our generations liking. As the digital world grows the Internet will double in information every few month, mainly because us as a whole will put it there. I will do my part by making sure my literature and grammar is correct before I post it on the Internet.
It is our responsibility as the Y generation and the digital natives that we must make sure that our information has the correct grammar and punctuation. Technology will always be out dated in the short future so its probably impossible to master. Which is why there is almost infinite amount of space and things to possibly learn in the near future.

Art critque
Bansky is a world renowned Graffiti artist who is also anonymous to the entire public. His work is shown across the world through Europe, Asia, North America, South America, ext.. You can also find much of his work throughout some of the most famous celebrity's homes. Not a single fan of Bansky's has any idea if he is even the work of one person or a collage of many artist, But we do know that his work inspires millions of graffiti artist throughout the world. He hits some of the hottest topics in today's society, with almost all of his creations some how cooperating into present day politics. There is a great deal of controversy whether or not Banksy's work is graffiti or art, but a quote from the eye of the tiger sums it all up. "People say graffiti is ugly, irresponsible and childish... but that's only if it's done properly" said Banksy.

State of the Union (Obama's speech)
After watching Obama's State of the Union Speech Wednesday night, I felt a little skeptical of his plan. I felt as if he was just saying what the people wanted to hear. He says hes going to fix this country in nearly every way, but does not explain how. I don't understand how he can say that he will fix our health care, schooling, and economy, when having absolutely no idea of what will come in the exceedingly unstable future. Obama also reported to the people that if any one person drops out of school that they will not only be letting themselves down, but they will be letting their entire country down. In my own opinion I believe that this quote was very unthoughtful and impossible.

Bias Broadcasting
Haven't you ever heard the phrase " you cant always believe what you hear?" Well that is just the tip of the ice burg when it comes to broadcasting. People don't realize that all the huge news stations are either Republican or Democrat. Which means that these two party's obviously think in the opposite direction. The average Joe probably wasn't informed that news is money, which means that all these storeys are sold. This just proves my point that just because a URL has a .org, or .net does not mean that it is legitimate. The only way to get true fact of a story is to research it on 3 or 4 web pages until you can make your own opinion on what happened. My theory on Bias opinions is no matter how bad it sucks, every one will always have there own opinion, and how they see things. Which means that its nearly impossible to be unbias, unless maybe its a topic that you have absolutely no knowledge on.

Graduation speech
We should all live life a little more care free, less worries and a little bit more off beat. A great example of this is Michael Franti who says "Don't let mistakes be so monumental, don't let your love be so confidential, don't let your mind be so darn judgmental, and please let your heart be more influential. Be thankful for all that the spirit provides and be thankful for all that you see without eyes. " This quote really sums up life and whats really important. The entity of someones life is taught threw experiencing life, not school. I believe that the wisdom of life is taught threw what you've been threw. Were I come from young adult, live in a very sheltered fantasy land, in which there ignorants makes them believe that they deserve whatever they want. These kids move out without having any grasp or appreciation of the true hell on earth. My philosipy on life is that its like rock climbing. Going down the mountain is much more dificult then climbing up it, because climbing up your entire focal point is to get to the top, therfore evoiding any errors. Decending the mountain is a struggle for any humans instinct. You have to care about your self as much on the way down, as on the way up.

This I Believe
When adding the curriculum to my This I Believe essay I realize how much strategy is actually put into it. As we start with Red 1 .a, you begin to plan out your belief; what you know and don't know. You must truly understand your theory by reflecting on you past life experiences. Only then can you write your speech.
Another benchmark that ties into this essay is Red 2 .d which is basically constructing a written piece of work in which helps other individuals problem solve. This strategy involves team work thew resolving a strife between two individuals, and moving towards a higher goal.
You can also approach the essay by using Yellow 2 .f, which really pieces your work together. In this strategy you must rehears, ponder, and organize. By putting your emotions on paper, you lay it out in patterns, and after a strategic revision it will start to fall into place.
For your belief essay you want a variety of intelligent words, this is were Yellow 2 .g falls into place. Use your brain to create a wide variety of your vocabulary. I look at my mental glossary as a lot like food, eating the same things gets very dull after a while; just as using the same vocab. Also word choice should line up parallel with you emotions on paper.
As always you should delete any form of plagiarism in your paper, which is stated in Red 5 .b.
